Lo fi joint fa real! I was in the back room when dJ prophet made this beat bouncing between 2 tape decks, one to record the other playing the bass line he looped then he played the record live over it.
DJ Prophet was using a gemini dj sampler to make this beat, he looped the bassline sample recorded it then played it back using a tape deck, then he paused the bassline put the record back on played it live as a blend recording it on a second tape deck thus making the president beat.
